I took the evening off from the computer. I got so frustrated with the whole coding process that I had to, or I'd have...I dunno. I was biting people's heads off because of it.

*shaking head* All I'm trying to do is translate the Division's website into a CSS/DHTML layout. It's more an exercise to teach myself how than from any expressed desire from the Division that it be updated. The problem lies in how Mozilla and IE differ in rendering the exact same code.

It's a major pain in the ass.

So I enjoyed an evening with SciFi Friday. Three months is ENTIRELY too long to wait for new episodes of the two Stargates and Galactica. Interesting to see how they're changing the guard on SG-1, and the double entendres flying between Claudia Black and Ben Browder (they were THE couple on FarScape - a series I wish they'd bring back). There's good chemistry between them - Claudia seems to really enjoy herself. I like her.

Galactica's got more twists than a water slide, and it's twice as slippery. Helluva ride, that one is. The cinematography is edgy and all, but I hope it doesn't become mainstream; I start edging toward a headache after one of the shows. I still haven't made up my mind about Starbuck being a girl. I DO like the sexy, more realistic style it's got, though.

Kind of apathetic lately. Not sure why. Maybe I'm overwhelmed by the stuff I've got to do. At least we're not going as a module group to Grand Island - it means I've got more time to work on the modules before our next showing.

Next week is Rikki's wedding in Denver. Jay's got an MVP Summit in Seattle end of September...4+ days without him. :(
